Valentine Idaewor is a Transformational Leader and Motivational Speaker, a Youth and Drug Advocate. He is passionate about affecting lives and has made impact on drugs abuse policy and Leadership. He is an award winner of a Prestigious Outstanding Skills Development amd Vocational Education Award at the International Education Summit Bangkok 2020. He has over 6years experiences working with different organizations as a volunteer to learn to serve. And as undergone many Leadership training and Summit. Valentine is an international graduate of Criminology from the Philippines and has also gain Various Certificate on Leaderships endorsed by Harvard University and University of Virginia USA. Open Leadership Leadership has been the subject of so many books, studies, and commencement speeches that many people have started to ignore the importance of the message. And, to be fair, authors and speakers often rehash the same clichés and obvious truths, leaving readers and audience members searching for something new. But maybe it’s not something new that we need.
