Your vision is too big for only you to handle, you need people. Like i said last week on Purpose and Value Class, we are created not to be independent but interdependent also we have relationships and we have meaningful relationships. For you to have a meaningful relationship, you must discover your purpose and have a vision because you don't need everybody, you only need the people that alligns with your purpose, vision and passion. So every relationship you enter into, you need to define it for the relationship to be meaningful, individuals involved must also learn how to give off their-selfless services and die to their-self.
