1st Oct 2019 Independent Day Celebration

In Celebration of the Independence Open Leadership organized a strategic meeting with Christopher Enojoh Obey to redefine Leadership.

Indeed Never blame any political leader or leaders but ask yourself what's there definition of leadership?

Do they have Vision
Purpose
Principle
interest of the Citizens
And Passion in there leadership definition or it about just the Next Election not Generation.

According to Raim Ebene that leadership should be the ability to manage both men and women together for a Common Purpose.

The Question is what's Nigeria National Vision and what's your personal Vision as a Citizen.

There are many leadership definition.
The problem we are facing now is as a result of the definition we are using for leadership.

Maybe the Definitions of Leadership are base on Continental, Country or even Location and Season, that's why what happen then is not what is happening now.

A call for redefinition of Leadership for a proper guide and mindset.

Never blame any political leader, never blame any leader but ask yourself which guidelines or definition is defining them.

Do they have Vision
Passion
Purpose
Interest of the people at heart (Inclusive Leadership) this are what you should look at before addressing the problem.

Come let reason together and build again.

Stress Management

Open Leadership program on Stress Management. August 2018 What is stress? By Fumni A. Stress can be defined as any pressure, demand, or threat placed on an organism (say, a human being) that causes a need to re-establish balance or “equilibrium”. The Oxford Dictionary Online adds that stress is “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.” The notion of stress has become a common word in our modern lexicon, but how much do most of us really know about it? Myth 1: Stress is the same for everyone. No, it isn’t. People experience life events in their own unique way. What is stressful for one person may be neutral or even anticipated by others. For example: some people hate flying, whereas others are completely relaxed, even on long-haul flights. Myth 2: Stress is always bad for you. Not necessarily. Small to moderate amounts of stress help us develop our self-discipline and resourcefulness, and some stressful events are...
