Drugs Abuse Awareness/Prevention
Using Sport as a Strategy.

I was invited unbehave of SSDP Students for Sensible Drug Policy to give a five minutes talk on "THE LONG TERM EFFECTS OF DRUG ABUSE" on 15th November before the match starts at GSS Narayi Kaduna.

And guess what Boom 2Minutes was enough to get their mindset going to #StartMakingSense

I told a story of a Man who Mix Red Bull Alcohol with Coffee drink in place of Water and after 15Minutes he found himself driving and when he got to his destination he realize he left his Car at Home.

Question? What was he driving for the period of 15Minutes... If you think Drugs i mean drug abuse and substance abuse is cool continued but if you think it not ethical stop it and engage in Sport.

What look nice and trending may and will Kill you in the Long run and the same those who ginger you will fall your swag when the worse hit you down.

Stress Management

Open Leadership program on Stress Management. August 2018 What is stress? By Fumni A. Stress can be defined as any pressure, demand, or threat placed on an organism (say, a human being) that causes a need to re-establish balance or “equilibrium”. The Oxford Dictionary Online adds that stress is “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.” The notion of stress has become a common word in our modern lexicon, but how much do most of us really know about it? Myth 1: Stress is the same for everyone. No, it isn’t. People experience life events in their own unique way. What is stressful for one person may be neutral or even anticipated by others. For example: some people hate flying, whereas others are completely relaxed, even on long-haul flights. Myth 2: Stress is always bad for you. Not necessarily. Small to moderate amounts of stress help us develop our self-discipline and resourcefulness, and some stressful events are

Kaduna South Topic: RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT we need to understand what relationship is and why relationship because it takes two (2) to tangle. Relationship is not just for one person  ie. Your vision is too big for only you to handle, you need people. For you to have a meaningful relationship, you must discover your purpose and have a vision because you don't need everybody, you only need the people that alligns with your purpose, vision and passion. So every relationship you enter into, you need to define it for the relationship to be meaningful, individuals involved must also learn how to give off their-selfless services and die to their-self. Just like flowers,
